The GAMM activity group on Applied and Numerical Linear Algebra continues its long tradition of annual workshops in September 2016 at the Institute of Mathematics of Hamburg University of Technology in Hamburg.
Special emphasis will be given this year to Linear Algebra Challenges in Machine Learning, but all other areas of applied and numerical linear algebra are welcome. The organization committee is looking forward to meeting all interested scientists in Hamburg.
