In Lecture 11, we show that, due to the Markov property of our semigroup, the graph Laplacian, the semigroup and the resolvent can be consistently extended from \ell^2 to all \ell^p spaces. This gives rise to study the heat equation even for bounded data. This study will be complemented next week with a stochastic interpretation and the corresponding Poisson equation.
